The Adrian Howard State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in call centers, collections, customer service, or telephone sales.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and insurance quotes.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Quote and sell Auto, Home/Renters, Life, Health, and other insurance products.
- Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale.
- Cross-sell products to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
- Meet individual and agency sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous call center, collections, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong telephone and communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and dependable.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Ability to obtain required insurance licenses.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
